El camino recorrido desde 1.975, año en que fueron fundadas, ha sido largo y en él han quedado muchos esfuerzos dedicados a incorporar las más adecuadas técnicas de elaboración sin dejar atrás la tradición artesana.
Últimamente se están llevando a cabo una importante ampliación en la sala de elaboración, y se está incorporando una galería subterránea con capacidad para 4.000 barricas, un sitio ideal que ofrece las condiciones idóneas de ausencia de ruidos, temperatura y humedad relativa para el tranquilo reposo y envejecimiento de los vinos.
Las variedades de uvas son Tempranillo, Borba y Cabernet Sauvignon, procedentes de sus 100 Has. De viñedos propios. El trabajo diario, la cuidadosa selección se uvas, el espíritu de superación y el amor con que se elaboran, garantizan la calidad de dichos vinos.
